CIDA's policy on Annual Fee and Salary Increases Under Multi-Year Service Contracts, as approved by Treasury Board on July 26, 1989 (TB 811734), establishes the parameters for determining the allowable annual fee and salary increases.

Mandatory Declaration Form for Unsolicited Proposal (Contribution)

As of December 1, 2003, organizations wishing to obtain contribution funding from CIDA must sign an Anti-Corruption Declaration form (CIDA 497). The organization will confirm that, in the three years before signing the agreement, it has not been convicted of, and is not under sanction for, any corruption-related offence. This declaration form is now available from the Forms page of the CIDA website. If an organization has been convicted or is under sanction, the details of the conviction or sanction must be attached to the declaration form. The form must be provided with the proposal.

Public Recognition
As a major federal funding institution, CIDA spends millions of dollars in support of international development assistance.
